DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE:Sharp is adjusting product offerings in the Optoelectronics line to match Customer demand, resulting in a series
of EOL actions. Most parts have a replacement; however some parts do not have replacements due to obsolescence
of manufacturing equipment. The Table beginning on Page 2 details these changes. Last Buy and Last Ship
dates are as above.
