In 2016, KYOCERA (Kyocera) acquired Japan's first power semiconductor manufacturer NIEC (Japan Indah Co., Ltd.) that successfully produced silicon rectifiers. Diode products have long occupied the first place in the Japanese domestic market.
The GSH10A10 Schottky diode and the FCQ06A04 Schottky diode from Kyocera are packaged in TO-220. Among them, FCQ06A04 is a Schottky diode pair tube with two common cathode connected diodes inside. Its storage temperature and operating temperature range are -40~150 °C. The maximum thermal resistance of GSH10A10 crust is 3°C/W, and the maximum thermal resistance of FCQ06A04 is 5°C/W, which has good temperature characteristics and meets the performance requirements of military grade products.
The GSH10A10 Schottky diode has a reverse repeat peak voltage of up to 100V and an average rectified output current of up to 10A (TC = 120°C) for safe operation in higher voltage environments. The FCQ06A04 Schottky diode has an inverted repeat peak voltage of up to 40V and an average rectified output current of up to 6A (TC=118°C), which can be safely used in a small voltage electrical environment. Both diodes are suitable for DC/DC conversion, secondary side rectification, and reverse current protection.
GSH10A10 Schottky diode forward surge current up to 180A, FCQ06A04 forward surge current up to 80A (half sine wave, single cycle, non-repetitive), have strong anti-surge capability, avoid transient The voltage damages the device to ensure the safety and stability of the device. In addition, the GSH10A10 reverse peak current is as low as 1mA (FCQ06A04 is 2mA), which can minimize power loss and reduce heat generation during diode operation; positive for FCQ06A04 and GSH10A10 The voltage drop is 0.55V and 0.88V, respectively, and the lower turn-on voltage drop lowers the conduction condition of the diode and is easy to drive.
